Refund & Return Policy

At Royale Hair Co, we take pride in providing premium-quality hair products. Each order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure accuracy and quality.

All Sales Are Final

 

 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all hair sales are final. Royale Hair Co does not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been processed and shipped.

 

 

Incorrect Orders

 

 

Refunds or replacements will ONLY be issued if an error was made by Royale Hair Co. This includes situations where we sent:

 

  • The incorrect length

  • The incorrect texture

  • The incorrect item

 

 

If you receive an incorrect order, you must:

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item(s) received

  • Ensure the hair is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging

 

 

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion, depending on product availability.

 

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

 

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

 

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect selection made by the customer

  • Hair that has been worn, installed, cut, colored, washed, or altered in any way

  • Shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier
